Autumn Practices

As we move through deep autumn, we get another chance to align with nature’s rhythms and sort, harvest, release, and prepare for winter. In this month’s sessions, we’ll practice letting go, guided by our body and our breath, gentle movements and guided rest. These practices are designed to help you: slow down with ease, build resiliency, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep and foster a larger sense of connection. 

All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. Participants will receive recordings of each practice, which are good for one week.
