Winter Practices

As we move into winter, we get another chance to align with nature’s rhythms draw inward and practice resting. In this month’s sessions, we’ll use gentle movements and guided rest to decompress and restore. These practices are designed to help you: slow down with ease, build resiliency, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep and foster a larger sense of connection. 

All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. Participants will receive recordings of each practice, which are good for one week.
