Spring Practices

As we bounce through spring — if we have support — we remember how to shake off the heaviness of winter and move energy up and out without stretching ourselves too thin. In this month’s sessions, we’ll use gentle movements to release stagnation followed by guided rest to integrate and restore. These practices are designed to help you: shake off excess tension, slow down with ease, build resiliency, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep and foster a larger sense of connection. 

All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. All registrants will receive recordings of each practice, which are good for one week.
