This is for you if you:
Desire some mindful movement to nourish your whole system
Want some movement practices to incorporate into daily desk time
Have mobility issues or injury in the lower body
Experience difficulty getting up/down from the ground
45-minute sessions via Zoom at 11:30am PT on November 18, 25 and December 2, 9, 16
Through our chair yoga practice, we'll enjoy a full body practice adapted to include the physical anchor of a chair. The breath and spine will be the foundation of these practices, which will include movement and supported rest. We'll get all the benefits of a mat-based practice with the stability and support of a chair.
Practice will be held via Zoom. If you can't make it live but want to try this practice, please register, and I will send you the recording afterwards. All registrants will receive the recording of the practice afterwards which will be good for one week.
$92 for all five sessions or $25 per drop-in.
