These sessions will combine mindfulness, targeted movement, relaxation techniques, guided visualization, breathwork, sensory awareness and open dialogue to support your wellness.
Each session is focused on your specific needs. Together we will work to design individualized practices that may help you: manage stress, build resiliency, befriend your mind, work through stagnation, develop agency, improve sleep, grow insight, practice acceptance and foster a sense of wellbeing. These sessions have been useful for those living with anxiety, chronic pain, injuries, substance abuse, depression and those navigating acute stressors and life changes.
Sessions are held virtually via Zoom or in-person in the Santa Cruz area and last 30 to 75 minutes. Intake required before purchase to make sure we’re a good fit to work together.
