In our pop-up chair yoga series, we'll enjoy a full body practice adapted to include the physical anchor of a chair. The breath and spine will be the foundation of these practices, which will include movement and supported rest. We'll get all the benefits of a mat-based practice with the stability and support of a chair.
I am offering just two group sessions so I hope you can join me! Practice will be held via Zoom. If you can't make it live but want to try this practice, please register, and I will send you the recording afterwards. All registrants will receive the recording of the practice afterwards which will be good for one week.
