This class focuses on linking movement with breath and awareness. We explore working and relaxing the physical body to shift the mental and emotional layers towards balance. Class includes meditation and breathing exercises, and you’ll always be encouraged to meet your body as it is. Modifications are offered to make this class appropriate for all bodies.
