This four week series is an experiential blend covering the basics of yoga philosophy, postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. You’ll come away with an understanding of how the various aspects of yoga fit together, how to make adjustments for yourself in a public class, and a simple sequence you can practice at home. 

This course is for you if you’ve never tried yoga but are curious to see what benefits might be possible. This course is for you if you’ve tried a yoga class but left feeling lacking or confused. This course is for you if you’ve been practicing for a while but seek greater understanding of yoga beyond the poses or simply want a refresher. We’ll come together and find practices that work for you! 

Series is limited to twelve participants so that we have space for questions, discussion, and individual attention. We’ll meet virtually via Zoom for four Wednesdays at 4:30PDT, May 13, May 20, May 27, June 3.
