Guided Meditation for Relaxation

This practice combines guided visualization, breathwork, sensory awareness, mindfulness, and supported relaxation. After the session we’ll have a brief check-in and chance for questions.

These practices are designed to help you: build resiliency, befriend your mind, increase interoception, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, refresh your lungs, improve sleep, and foster a sense of wellness. That's a lot! But it's true! The benefits of practicing stillness with awareness and guidance are powerful, and I'm happy to offer this support.

All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Practices can be done seated or reclining.

Four sessions: August 9, 16, 23, 30 at 5:00PDT. $44 for all four sessions (save $20) or $16 per drop-in.
