Online: SQ1 Slow Mindful Flow

Ease into a class appropriate for all bodies that focuses on the slowing down and moving with awareness. Class will include time for deep relaxation, meditation and breathing exercises. This is a great class for everyone, including beginners to yoga and people with injuries or other concerns.
