Wintertime Practices

This four week series combines self-soothing techniques, basic grounding practices, breathwork, guided visualization, gentle movement and self inquiry to align with the natural rhythms of winter. Practices designed to calm the physical body, soothe the nervous system and create mental space. Join one session or all four. Sessions will be recorded so you can continue practicing or go at your own pace if you can’t make it live. Each replay link is valid for one week. All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary.
