Learn to rest more effectively, increase receptivity, and restore balance. Each relaxation session (done reclining on the floor, couch or bed) you’ll be gently guided to rotate consciousness throughout the body and practice resetting to natural awareness. This practice is designed to help you: slow down with ease, build resiliency, increase interoception, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep, and foster a sense of wellness.
Zoom link will be sent upon registration. Recording will be sent afterwards; link is good until September 30. Practice on your own time, even if you can’t attend live.
All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary.
