Online: Strong Flow

We will contract and expand as we explore strengthening the physical body. We will work with leg and hip strengthening, core work, and arm balances, all while focusing on the breath. Each class will end with a short relaxation to integrate the strengthening. The classes will still meet you as you are; I will offer modifications and options to crank it up or slow it down. And after each session you will receive the Zoom replay to continue working with, which is valid for one week. Even if you can't make it live, this is a great chance to get moving!
