Let’s smooth things out! We will practice longer held poses done on the floor, lengthening muscles and tendons, while providing time and space for deeper release. Creating and releasing tension, we will support our bodies in working towards equilibrium. We will then devote time to regulating the breath and practicing techniques to support the nervous system and foster acceptance. This practice is designed to help you slow down, clear out feelings of stagnation in the physical body, increase breath focus, build resiliency, increase internal awareness, and foster a sense of wellness.
