This class offers 30 minutes of breath-based gentle Yoga, accompanied by 45 minutes of longer held supported Restorative postures. Restorative Yoga is famously relaxing - each pose uniquely uses props to create a passive stretch that requires no effort from the participant. Join us for a meditative class that will shore up your inner reserves.
