This class offers 30 minutes of breath-based gentle yoga, accompanied by 45 minutes of longer held supported restorative postures. Restorative yoga is famously relaxing; each pose uniquely uses props to create a passive stretch that requires no effort from the participant. Join us for a meditative class that will shore up your inner reserves.
