Learn to rest more effectively, increase receptivity, and restore balance. In these relaxation sessions (done reclining on the floor, couch or bed) you’ll be gently guided to rotate consciousness throughout the body and practice resetting to natural awareness. This practice is designed to help you: slow down with ease, build resiliency, increase interoception, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep, and foster a sense of wellness.
