Gentle Flow

This gentle practice is perfect to balance the ups and downs of Spring and help you transition into your evenings. Each session will include movements to clear stagnation, check in with every joint in the body, and can be turned up or down depending on what’s going on in your body. Guided rest at the end will wrap up each class, and breathing techniques throughout will energize and then soothe.
