FREE CLASS

Click here to register for this free yoga class. We will focus on linking movement with breath and awareness and explore working and relaxing the physical body to shift the mental and emotional layers towards balance. Class will include meditation and breathing exercises, and you’ll always be encouraged to meet your body as it is. All are welcome.
