Learn to rest more effectively, increase receptivity, and restore balance. Yoga nidra is a practice of conscious relaxation that counters the stimulation of everyday life and relieves muscular, mental, and emotional tension. Each session we’ll begin with some gentle movement and then you’ll be gently guided to rotate consciousness throughout the body and practice resetting to natural awareness.
All are welcome; no prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. Registrants will receive recordings of each practice, which are good for one week.
