Winter Practices

Learn to increase receptivity and build inner reserves. We will practice a mix of gentle movement and guided rest. These practices are designed to help you: slow down with ease, build resiliency, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep and foster a larger sense of wellness. 

All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. Participants will receive recordings of each practice, which are good until February 1, 2024.
