Spring Practices

As we move through the thick of spring, we expand our energy and step into more rapid and outward movements. In our Tuesday sessions, we will meet this energy with gentle movements and guided rest. These practices are designed to help you: slow down with ease, build resiliency, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep and foster a larger sense of connection. 

All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. Participants will receive recordings of each practice, which are good until May 1, 2024.
