Summer Practices

As we move into summer, we hopefully attune with the light of these longest days of the year with lighter and expansive energy. In our Tuesday sessions, we will meet this energy with cooling and gentle movements as well as guided rest. These practices are designed to help you: slow down with ease, build resiliency, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep and foster a larger sense of connection. 

All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. Participants will receive recordings of each practice, which are good until June 30, 2024.
