Winter Practices

As we move through winter towards spring, we still need to rest, even as we heed the pulls to get up and running. In our Tuesday sessions, we will practice gentle, often repetitive, rhythmic movement. We will pair this with guided breathing and rest. These practices are designed to help you: slow down with ease, build resiliency, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep and foster a larger sense of connection. 

All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. Participants will receive recordings of each practice, which are good until March 1, 2024.
