If you already have a series with me, please email me and let me know you’d like to sign up using your class pack.

Upon confirmation of payment, I will send you a registration link. You can then join from your computer or call in from your phone for audio only.

Ease into a class appropriate for all bodies that focuses on linking movement with breath. Through exploration of the physical body, both working it and allowing it to relax, the more subtle layers find balance. Through movement and stillness, work and ease, you’ll always be encouraged to meet your body as it is. Class will include time for meditation and breathing exercises. All are welcome.
