Spring Practices

As we bounce into spring, I’m offering support in moving with this acceleration of energy in a steady way, with presence. In these sessions, we will practice gentle movement and guided rest to support the outward shifts of the season. These practices are designed to help you: slow down with ease, build resiliency, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep and foster a larger sense of connection. 

All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. All registrants will receive recordings of each practice, which are good for one week.
