I am offering a sliding scale of $12 - $25 per class; please pay what you can. Upon confirmation of payment, I will send you a registration link to join from your computer or call in from your phone for audio only.

This accessible practice uses movement and relaxation to link movement with breath. Through exploration of the physical body, both working it and allowing it to relax, the more subtle layers find balance. Through movement and stillness, work and ease, you’ll always be encouraged to meet your body as it is. Class will include time for meditation and breathing exercises. This class is modified to meet you where you are and is appropriate for all bodies; all are welcome.
