Five Elements

As we transition from late summer into autumn, I offer this series as a way to connect with the five elements of the natural world through the microcosm of our own bodies. We’ll use movement, visualization, and breathwork to get in tune with our bodies by focusing on one element each week — earth, water, fire, air, ether — with ample time for guided rest to integrate and restore. These practices are designed to help you: shake off excess tension, slow down with ease, build resiliency, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep and foster a larger sense of connection. 

All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. All registrants will receive recordings of each practice, which are good for one week.
