As we cruise into summer, the active yang energy all around us is at its peak, which means taking opportunities to pause and rest can be quite useful. In this month’s sessions, we’ll use gentle movements to get in tune with our bodies followed by extra time for guided rest to integrate and restore. These practices are designed to help you: shake off excess tension, slow down with ease, build resiliency, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep and foster a larger sense of connection.
All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. All registrants will receive recordings of each practice, which are good for one week.
