Core + Breath classes are designed to bring vigor and stability to the physical and energetic bodies. We will practice strengthening and releasing the pelvic floor, the obliques, the deep and superficial abs, and the spinal erectors, all while using the breath to bring deeper awareness and coordinated movement. Each session closes with gentle integration and guided rest. These practices support functional movement, creating more ease in navigating our daily movements, as well as increased interoception (awareness of internal sensations) and an overall sense of our own strength and capacity.
All are welcome; no prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. Registrants will receive recordings of each practice, which are good for one week.
$74 for all four sessions or $25 per drop-in.
