Start your weekend with an energizing moderate hatha flow class. This whole-body practice will include seated, kneeling, standing, and supine poses, with optional modifications. Guided relaxation and breathing techniques will round out our practice, leaving you feeling connected to your body, capable, focused, and receptive.
