Four 60 minute sessions via Zoom at 5pm PT
December 2, 9, 16, 30 (no class December 23)
As we move into winter, we have the opportunity to mirror the natural world and slow down, gather inwards and restore. In these sessions, we will practice gentle movement and guided rest to support these shifts. These practices are designed to help you: slow down with ease, build resiliency, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep and foster a larger sense of connection.
All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. Participants will receive recordings of each practice which are good for the following week.
$74 for all four sessions or $25 per drop-in
