As we travel through autumn, it is useful to do a little less, to practice resting. In theses sessions we’ll move gently and use focusing practices to increase receptivity and move towards balance. These practices are designed to help you: slow down with ease, build resiliency, increase interoception, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep, and foster a sense of wellness. This is what the season calls for!
All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. Participants will receive recordings of each practice which are good for the following week.
$74 for all four sessions or $25 per drop-in
