Live online series to help you tend, rest, and move through spring with steadiness
Three 60 minute sessions via Zoom at 5pm PT
April 7, 21, 28 (no class April 14)
As we bounce through spring, I’m offering support in moving with this acceleration of energy in a steady way, with presence. In these sessions, we will practice gentle movement and guided rest to support the outward shifts of the season. These practices are designed to help you: slow down with ease, build resiliency, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep and foster a larger sense of connection.
All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. Participants will receive recordings of each practice (whether or not you’re there live) which are good for the following week.
$56 for all four sessions or $25 per drop-in
