Practice focused resting with guidance. We gather to move away from distraction and numbing and overextending to allow our body to return to a balanced state of ease. Join me to soothe your physical body and nervous system and learn how to strengthen awareness and your capacity to release.
All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Practices are held on Zoom. After signing up, you will receive a link to the session. Participants will receive recordings of each practice (whether or not you’re there live) which are good for the following week.
$38 for both sessions or $25 per drop-in.
