Learn to rest more effectively, increase receptivity, and restore balance. Each session (done reclining on the floor, couch or bed) you’ll be gently guided to rotate consciousness throughout the body and learn to reset to natural awareness. These practices are designed to help you: slow down with ease, build resiliency, increase interoception, strengthen immunity, work through stagnation, improve sleep, and foster a sense of wellness. After each practice we’ll have a brief check-in and chance for questions.
